“Jim Kielbaso has worked with our football program in a number of different ways (speed, strength, conditioning, nutrition) over the years and I have seen tremendous results from everything he offers. Jim was able to take everything we were doing to another level.  He really knows his stuff and he has given our players the additional skills and techniques to play at the next level.”

Mike Zdebski

Ultimate Speed & Agility is an absolute MUST for any coach, trainer or athlete looking to improve speed and athleticism. It is no-nonsense. All business. A MUST.”

Mickey Marotti

“I can’t tell you the amazing effect Jim’s program has had on my athletes.  Each one – without exception – who has followed Jim’s advice has become more explosive, can cut quicker, and dominates on the field.

Seriously – speed and agility programs do not get any better than this. I don’t care if you’re a parent, a player, or a fellow coach – you need this.”

Chris Miller
Loyola High School, CA

“Jim Kielbaso is great at what he does. Every time I work with him I feel I feel fast, explosive and well conditioned.

Jim is a very knowledgeable trainer and you should start training with him now.”
